Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. Her victory was unanimous. This was her final fight with UFC. Then, later in the same year, she signed a new contract. Barber was victorious in her most recent bout with Andrea Lee, on March 25th 2023. The bout took place at UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
